Ideal Protein
So I’m going to check out this new dieting program called Ideal Protein next Tuesday. My co-worker used to do it and was actually a coach for the program. I’ve tried getting into the gym, but my schedule doesn’t really allow me to go. I’ve tried that whole Nutrisystem thing, but that was gross and I was only getting what surplus my parents had left over.
Not sure if any of my friends want to go with me to the info session, but it seems like a great program to get started on with burning fat and getting healthier. Now hoping I can work whatever cost it may be into my budget on what I’d normally spend on unhealthy food. But I have been told I have to give up my sugary coffee drinks and take it black (not a problem), stop drinking fully (can be overcome), and give up all the food I love to eat (probably the hardest thing - I don’t want to part from my pizza rolls and fast food).
I just don’t want to turn out like my other family members and I just was not dealt with the best genes in the world, so I better start now.
